You can purchase our products online at freedmanharness.com or from our Boutique located in Midway, Kentucky. In addition, we retail a selection of our products through Terry Bennett's Tack at www.bennettstack.com.

Your credit card will be charged when we process the order.

Shipping

We regularly ship to contiguous U.S. states and Canada. We are able to ship to most locations worldwide, but have to make special arrangements to ensure delivery. Please contact us at 1.877.256.7674.

In the U.S., we offer UPS shipping for Next Day (order before 2 pm the previous weekday) or Ground (5-10 days). In Canada, we ship Ground (5-10 days). Please note UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

All orders with a value of $800 or more will be shipped with 'Signature Required.' Please note, we are unable to make changes once an order has shipped. If a 'No Signature' is requested from the customer via phone prior to shipping, an additional charge to insure the package may occur.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Yes, this Policy applies to all purchases placed on our website at FREEDMANHARNESS.com, our Boutique in Midway, KY, our Head Office and Manufacturing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, any Mobile Retail Locations (includes Horse Shows) and orders made by telephone at 877-256-7674, 416-256-7674 or 859-846-9674.

Cancellation on Saddles & Harness orders are subject to a 5% Cancellation Processing Fee.

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days and must be unused and in its original condition with a receipt.

Refunds will only be issued to the original tender.

Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address:

Canadian & International Customers: Freedman Harness & Saddlery Company, 153 Bridgeland Avenue, Unit 14, Toronto, Ontario M6A 2Y6.

You must enclose the original receipt with your returns or a copy if you are returning part of your order. Customer must provide a receipt for all refunds, exchanges or store credit.

After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges are accepted; only store credit will be accepted with a receipt .After 90 days, no returns are accepted.

This policy does NOT apply to ANY custom made orders.

Freedman Harness & Saddlery Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within five (5) business days of receipt of the goods returned by crediting your charge or credit card. Under no circumstances will it be possible to grant you an electronic credit usable on the FREEDMANHARNESS.com website, nor will the website issue a store credit for use in the Freedman Harness boutique.

Freedman Harness & Saddlery Company has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to the Boutique in Midway, KY (USA Customers), or Head Office in Toronto, Canada (Canadian & International Customers).

Freedman Harness & Saddlery Company will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to the Boutique in Midway, KY (USA Customers), or Head Office in Toronto, Canada (Canadian & International Customers) is lost, misdirected or delivered late.

We do not exchange or allow refunds for goods purchased in the Freedman Harness boutique via the FREEDMANHARNESS.com website and vice versa.

All Last Call items purchased on the website, Boutique, Mobile Retail Locations or our Head Office are FINAL SALE.

Items with Personalized Engraved Plates (excluding plates on saddles) - if an exchange is needed, the customer must pay for a new plate. If the customer returns an item with a Personalized Engraved Plate for a refund, the cost of the plate will NOT be refunded to the customer, nor will the plate be returned to the customer.

This policy does NOT apply to Personalized Plates purchased on its own. All personalized plates purchased on their own are FINAL SALE.

Freight charges will NOT be refunded on original purchase. Additional freight will be charged on exchanges. Additional freight will NOT be charged if Freedman Harness & Saddlery Company was in error.
