If you are a trainer or professional that has enrolled in the #TeamFreedmans Trainer Incentive Program, we’re so glad that you are here! We hope you have set up your account and are beginning to distribute your referral code (customizable on your dashboard) and referral link (provided on your dashboard) to your clients to begin collecting Trainer Incentive referral credits.

As you collect these referral credits, you might be wondering how to redeem them and use them towards a purchase. We’re here to show you how to do this!

But first, a few things to remember:

• You receive trainer incentive referral credits ONLY ON HORSE FURNISHINGS
• Apparel (jods, tops, outerwear, t-shirts, etc.), handbags, travel bags, belts, gloves and small leather goods such as wallets and key chains, cleaners and conditioners, custom plates and gift cards are EXCLUDED from the program
• Your customers must use your referral code at checkout, referral link, or My Tack Room mini store to help you accumulate referral credits
• Credits are ONLY accumulated through purchases by your clients or under your client accounts – you DO NOT earn credits by purchases for yourself

Step-by-Step How-To Redeem Credits:

Step 1: Login to your #TeamFreedmans Trainer Incentive dashboard here or through your app.

Step 2: At the top of the dashboard, there is a menu bar across the top. From this menu, select ‘Payouts/Redeem.’

Step 3: On this page, on the right-hand side, you will see a dollar amount totaling the referral credits you have available towards a purchase. To the right of this amount, there is a ‘Redeem’ button. Click it.

Step 4: Clicking this button will open a box on your screen where you can enter the dollar amount that you would like to redeem. PLEASE NOTE: Once you redeem the amount, it MUST be used in its entirety, so ONLY REDEEM THE AMOUNT YOU WANT TO USE IN THAT PURCHASE.  Enter the amount and hit the green ‘Redeem’ button.

Step 5: This will issue you a coupon code unique to the amount redeemed. This code can be used in-store (and over the phone) or online at checkout towards a purchase, but the code can only be used ONE TIME. You can use your Trainer Incentive referral credits towards ANY PURCHASE at Freedman’s, but the code cannot be used to cover shipping costs.
