Can I order online and pick up in your store?
Yes. Select the 'Pick up in store' option at check out.
What countries do you ship to?
We regularly ship to contiguous US states and Canada. We are able to ship to most locations worldwide, but have to make special arrangements to ensure delivery. Please contact us at 1.877.256.7674.
What shipping methods do you offer?
In the USA we offer UPS shipping for Next Day (order before 2 pm the previous weekday) or Ground (5-10 days).
In Canada we ship Ground (5-10 days).
Please note UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
All orders with a value of $100 or more will be shipped with Signature Required. Please note we are unable to make changes once an order is shipped. If a No Signature is requested from the customer via phone prior to shipping, an additional charge to insure the package may occur.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.
How can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number when we ship your order.
